TWRM Radio: “Geodesic” – Music For Space Travel

twrmspace2 2 2

We live in a society exquisitely dependent on science and technology, in which hardly anyone knows anything about science and technology.
-Carl Sagan

abxy1 “The following is a contributor post by the ABXY Mage.”

Man has always been interested in space. Long have we looked to the stars in curiosity and wonder. For centuries people wondered what space even was. Finally, in the twentieth century, humans traveled into space for the first time, even going so far as to land on the moon.

With rovers on Mars, and Voyager 2 now in interstellar space, the world has seen a bit of a resurgence in science-fiction and interest in space travel. When are we landing someone on Mars, am I right?

“Geodesic” is a mix that attempts to capture the wonderment, determination, and fear that must undoubtedly accompany any astronaut’s journey into the final frontier.

I’d like to give special thanks to The Bizzaro Mage, The Beer Mage, The Indecisive Night Mage, The Hyperactive Coffee Mage, and @ccesarano for contributing to this mix.

The ABXY Mage leads a double life of unfathomable hipness, if his expertise in jazz is any indication. Music maker, fandangoist, writer, you can find this hip cat as ABXY Reviews on Twitter and on YouTube.
