TWRM Radio: “Piqsirpoq” – Music For December

The snow is beautiful, don’t you think? Clean, uncompromising…

December brings many things. The season changes from autumn to winter, the days get shorter, and the holidays welcome family gatherings and loads of nostalgia. The unpredictable weather sees snow, ice, sleet, rain, slush, gray skies, blue skies, and blinding reflections.

“Piqsirpoq” (an Inuit word that possibly means “drifting snow”) is a mix of songs that aims to cover the wide range of feelings and memories that come with the month of December.

So, light a fire, make yourself some hot chocolate, and turn up the volume.

A very special thank you to The Well-Red Mage, The Sometimes Vaguely Philosophical Mage, The Purple Prose Mage, @ccesarano, @shadowsaotome, and The Hyperactive Coffee Mage for submitting songs.

The ABXY Mage leads a double life of unfathomable hipness, if his expertise in jazz is any indication. Music maker, fandangoist, writer, you can find this hip cat as ABXY Reviews on Twitter and on YouTube.
